Return policy for DIY Kits:

We strive to provide you with the highest quality ingredients and instructions for your at-home burger experience. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned.

1. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us on info@libertineburger.com upon receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on next steps and will replace it at no additional cost.   

2. Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to process.

3. Exceptions:

  • We cannot accept returns for perishable items, such as meat, cheese, or bread.
  • Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Original tags must be attached.
  • Personalised or custom items are generally not eligible for return.
